Homemade Potato-Tomato Facial Scrub
  Ingredients:  
 
  • 1 tbsp potato (mashed)
  • 1 tbsp tomato (mashed)
  • 1 tsp cucumber (mashed)
  • 2 tsp of daily facial cleanser
  
  Instructions:  
  1. Lay 2 tsp of your daily facial cleanser in a clean bowl. 

2. Add in the potato paste, tomato paste and cucumber paste into the bowl in Step (1).

3. Mix all ingredients well. If the resulting paste is too thick, add  some cold water to the mixture. Do not add too much water at one time, do it at a rate of few drops each time. 

4. Apply mixture onto the face and massage gently for approximately 1 minute. Leave it on for another 2 minutes. Rinse well and dry skin with a clean wash cloth.

  The rich Vitamin C contents in tomatoes is one of the greatest sources that can be used to prevent premature aging of the skin.

In addition, this facial scrub is effective for removing excess oil on the skin, prevent inflammation and reduce sensitivity of the skin.
