“Skin White Serum” is formulated using only the finest natural ingredients, it does not contain any hydroquinone or steroids contents.

Does “Skin White Serum” increase the risk of contracting skin cancers in the long run?

Medical research and experimentations have been done on the formulation of “Skin White Serum”, and it has been clinically proven that it will not increase the risk of contracting skin cancers in the long run.

As the biological system of each person is different, everyone will be allergic to something. The main ingredients of "Skin White Serum" are Arbutin, Kojic Acid and Vitamin C. All three are tolerated well by the majority of the population, however there will always be a very small percentage of the population who will be allergic to it.

As a simple way of  testing if you are  allergic,  you can rub one drop of the "Skin White Serum" on the lower part of your hand, twice a day for two days. If there is any irritation or darkening of the skin in the area, you may be allergic to either Arbutin or Kojic Acid, which are the most effective and common ingredients used in modern skin whitening products.  The darkening of the area is only temporary  and the skin will return to its normal colour within one or two days after discontinuing the product.

From the research we have conducted at Skin White, less than 1% of our customers  are allergic to the ingredients. As of 1st September 2001, more than thirty five thousand bottles of "Skin White Serum" have been sold with less than 10 reports of allergies.

However, there is always a possibility that you may be allergic. In such cases, please contact sales for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. In rare cases as such, Skin White  will promptly refund you the full purchase price of the "Skin White Serum" package.

How long do I need to apply “Skin White Serum” to see the results?

Generally, most customers will be able to witness visible lightening effects on their skin within 1 month of usage. For most customers, continuous application of “Skin White Serum” up to a period of 3 months will see the skin being lightened by approximately 2 shades. But results will vary according to the original skin tones of the users. Some users who have really dark skin tones will need approximately 3 to 4 months to see visible whitening effects on their skin.

How long will the skinlightening results achieved from the application of “Skin White Serum” last?

The lightening results achieved from the application of “Skin White Serum” are lasting, as long as you take good care of your skin by applying a good sunscreen, of at least SPF 30, before you step outdoors.

There may be days when the sun does not appear to be strong, but this does not imply that your skin is protected from ultraviolet rays. As long as you are outdoors during the day, your skin is constantly being exposed to ultraviolet rays. Ultraviolet rays has the effects of accelerating melanin production in your body. 

If you consistently go outdoors without a sunscreen, the whitening effects you achieve through Skin White Serum will be negated. But this does not mean that you will instantly return to your original skin shade if you forget to put on your sunscreen for one day. Rather, it is a slow and continuous process. 

Do I have to continue applying “Skin White Serum” after I achieved a lightened complexion? How long do I have to keep using the product?

It is not compulsory to continue applying “Skin White Serum” after a lighter complexion is attained as long as you apply a good sunscreen.

Will “Skin White Serum” be effective lightening someone of my nationality and skin color?

“Skin White Serum” will have lightening effects on all types of nationalities and skin colors. But for users who have really dark skin tones, lightening effects may only be visible after a longer period of time, approximately 5 to 6 months.

Can we apply “Skin White Serum” all over the body or is it strictly to be used on the face only?

“Skin White Serum” is specially formulated for application on the face only. Most customers will also apply some of the serum on their necks at the same time. This is to create a much more homogenous and natural overall skin tone.

For users who wish to apply “Skin White Serum” on their bodies, it is absolutely safe to do so and there will not be any form of skin irritations and side effects on the skin. But application of the serum on the bodies may prove to costly in the long run, therefore our dermatologists do not encourage it for our customers.

I have pimples in the first few days of usage of “Skin White Serum”, does it mean that the product is producing side effects for my skin?

Some customers, who have extremely sensitive skin, may experience pimples breakout during the 1^st week of application of “Skin White Serum”. This does not imply that the serum is producing side effects on the skin. Continue applying the serum for another 1 week, the skin conditions will adjust to the workings of the product and the pimples will automatically disappear and will not leave behind any acne scars.

Should I feel a sensation on my skin upon application of “Skin White Serum”?

You should not feel any uncomfortable or burning sensation on your skin upon application of ”Skin White Serum”. Our product has been clinically proven not to produce any form of skin irritations during the course of usage.

Can I apply makeup after application of “Skin White Serum”? Will it cause any form of skin irritations?

Users can apply makeup after application of “Skin White Serum”. As long as they do a thorough cleansing in the night, before applying “Skin White Serum”, they will not experience any form of skin irritations.

Besides using a good cleanser, toner and “Skin White Serum” in your daily routine, you will only need to use a skin peel / facial scrub up to a maximum of 2 times a week. You do not need any other additional skin products. If you use a complicated range of skin products, it may increase the risk of your skin getting too sensitive and may lead to skin irritations.

The “Skin White Serum” only utilizes natural ingredients in its formulation to preserve the quality of the serum, the product will only be kept on the shelf for a maximum period of 12 months.
